I've been a longtime postcrosser and received many damaged cards and many undamaged one's I'm glad to add. Never before there was an aology for the damage during delivery from sender to me. But today I received a very damaged card with an apology from the US Postal Service. WOW. The card is really damaged and seems to have been stuck somewhere (see above).

The Dutch postage should take example from the US Postal Service Postmaster; the best thing I saw from the Dutch Post concerning (heavily) damaged mail was: "we received it damaged" so it's not our fault even though I certain it wasn't.
